I miss my grandfather so much.
On December 24th 2018 my grandfather, who was like a dad to me when mine wasn’t around was taken from me at the young age of 58 years old. Me and him shared a love for pretty much everything together but cars were the definitely our favourite we built model cars together, we worked on his car together he cherished that thing like no one else I’ve seen. If only he were around now, he wasn’t home much cause he worked on the Railroad as an engineer shortly before his passing he was talking about retiring, if only he would’ve sooner. He would always make jokes about retiring early but he never would, he loved trains to much. One thing I regret deeply was not saying goodbye before he had left for the hospital on the 20th prior to him leaving he wasn’t the nicest to my grandmother who I cherish very deeply, and that made me very upset with him and I never would have known that I wasn’t gonna see him again. To this day I wish that I would’ve said goodbye and I love you to him. And I do hope to see him again one day.
